-Forms can be emailed to stanwoodcoop@gmail.com upon completion.
-If there is a space available, your child will be placed in a class and you will be emailed an invoice for the registration fees and deposit, due in 3 days to secure your child's spot in the class.
-If there is no openings in the class you wish to enroll for, you will be notified of your position on the waitlist.
*Toddler Monday is full. There is room on the wait list. All other classes have openings at this time

Age Exception Policy:
SCP is open to any parent or guardian with a child of appropriate age for the classes, who fulfills the responsibilities as set in the Member Participation Agreement. In order to register for the Toddler class, the child must be 18 months old by August 31st of the current school year. To register for the 3-4 class, the child must be three years old by August 31st of the current school year. To register for the 4-5 class, the child must be four by August 31st of the current school year. Exceptions to the enrollment age requirements are very rare, but will be made as follows:
Toddler Class:
There are no age exceptions allowed for the toddler Class.
3-4 and 4-5 Classes:
SCP allows for a 6 week window for birthdays after the August 31st cut off. To request an age exception, the family will submit a letter explaining why placement in the upper class is desired. The petition will be reviewed by the teacher and the board. If approved, a two-week trial period will be granted in the upper class. After the trial period, the teacher and the board will meet to review the child’s class placement and make a final recommendation. once a child is approved, they then stay with that group moving forward.
