Our annual benefit auction welcomes approximately 200 guests from throughout the Stanwood, Camano Island, and Arlington communities, bringing together families, local businesses, and community members in support of early childhood education.
We are seeking donations for our auction in the form of monetary contributions or in-kind items, experiences, or services that can be featured in our live or silent auction or raffle. If you are donating an item or service, we kindly ask that you include a brochure, description, or fact sheet, along with any applicable restrictions or expiration dates, so we can showcase your generous contribution to our guests.
As a token of our appreciation, your business will be recognized on our donor appreciation display at the event entrance and on our bidder materials, highlighting your commitment to supporting local children and families.
Proceeds from this year's auction support Stanwood Cooperative Preschool's operating fund, family scholarships, and the launch of our new Legacy Fund, which will provide long-term financial stability for the preschool through an interest-bearing endowment. Our goal is to raise $30,000 to support both the children in our classrooms today and the generations of families who will follow.
