2026-2027 Enrollment
-Enrollment opens on March 7th at 9am!
-Forms must be either emailed to [email protected] or post mailed to PO Box 1801, upon completion.
-If there is a spot available, your child will be placed in the class and you will be emailed a QuickBooks invoice for the registration fee, the invoice due within 5 days to secure your child's spot in the class.
-If there is not an opening in the class you wish to enroll for, you will be notified of your position on the waitlist.

Age Exception Policy:
SCP is open to any parent or guardian with a child of appropriate age for the classes, who fulfills the responsibilities as set in the Member Participation Agreement. In order to register for the Toddler class, the child must be 18 months old by August 31st of the current school year. To register for the 3-5 classes, the child must be three years old by August 31st of the current school year. To register for the Discovery class 3-6 years old, the child must be three by August 31st of the current school year. Exceptions to the enrollment age requirements are very rare, but will be made as follows:
Toddler Class:
There are no age exceptions allowed for the toddler Class. Children must be 18 months by 8/31/26
3-5 year and Discovery Classes:
SCP allows for a 6 week window for birthdays after the August 31st cut off. To request an age exception, the family will submit a letter explaining why placement in the upper class is desired. The petition will be reviewed by the teacher and the board. If approved, a two-week trial period will be granted in the upper class. After the trial period, the teacher and the board will meet to review the child’s class placement and make a final recommendation. once a child is approved, they then stay with that group moving forward.

Sibling Policy:
Siblings are welcome to attend class on a families work day as long as the following criteria are met:
-Sibling is under 11 months of age
-Sibling stays in a carrier or stroller during the entire class time (except for feeding and changing)
-Sibling is not on the ground

Registration
There is a $75 non refundable registration fee, per student, due at enrollment. Each child will receive a class t-shirt at the beginning of the school year and a class yearbook at the end of the school year with their enrollment.
Tuition:
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month, September through May and can be paid via check at preschool or electronically via invoice.
Toddler Tuesday Class (18 month - 3 years old) - from 9:15AM - 11:15AM $65 per month
Discovery 3-6 year old class - Tuesday 12:15-3:00 PM $70 per month
AM 3-5 year old class - Wednesday & Thursday from 9:00-11:30 AM $135 per month
Toddler Friday Class (18 month - 3 years old) - from 9:15AM - 11:15AM $65 per month
PM 4-6 year old class - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12:15-3:00 PM $225 per month
-Partial scholarships are available for those with a financial hardship.
